The spray can and ammo picture look fake compared to the other pictures on show.
The Spray Paint Can IS a Fake. Spray Paint cans are made of metal, and as we all know, X-rays cannot penetrate metal. So the can wouldn’t be transparent at all.
The ammo one, well, probably it is real. My band’s guitarist has a few shells that big kicking around his garage he picked up from a surplus store.
FYI, that is not a razor blade. It is hardware from a surgery during which they removed the disk between the vertebrae and replaced it with an artificial disk, which is what you see in the x-ray. The esophagus (where a swallowed object would be) does not run through the spinal column but right in front of it.
